Vangelis is a chartered buildings services engineer with over 20 years' experience in the field of intelligent buildings. He leads the IB function of the team and develops the system architecture which forms the foundation of the building technology. 

Darren has over 25 years' experience developing complex software solutions. Over this time has led many software development teams across space, defence and manufacturing sector projects. A common thread through his career to date has been of large data processing solutions, many with real-time constraints. These include spacecraft monitoring and control systems for ESA, integration and homogenisation of large-scale military training simulations for the MoD and optimising of complex and data heavy design and manufacturing systems for Rols-Royce and Airbus.

With her educational background in Data Analytics and Business, complimented by 3 years working in the construction industry Gabbi brings a fresh set of eyes to this expert team. She has extensive analytical skills that have helped Reds10 produce actionable insights to minimise energy consumption and cost for its clients. Gabbi has a specific interest in the role of gamification in moving this product forward as a tool that can engage and inspires its users.
